ASK is a small Bengaluru firm that finds and closes retail sites for growing brands across South India, and designs and delivers the spaces when asked.
The name
ASK is Arvind Selva Kumar, in three letters. That is the firm as well: a family practice whose founder is in every deal, from the first site visit to the handover.
The firm
ASK began more than ten years ago as Skills & Sketches, an interiors practice in Bengaluru. Two hundred projects later, the work brands kept asking for was the site itself, and the practice grew into site sourcing, residential layout planning and, now, land and investment advisory. The name has changed along the way; the founder and the way of working have not.
